Dinah Rowe

Dinah Rowe, CEO, GCCE, I.O.M., became President of the Chatsworth-Murray County Chamber of Commerce in January of 2001. Since taking the position she has graduated from the Institute of Management, a four year professional growth and development course of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Rowe has received the GACCE (Georgia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives) GCCE certification (Georgia Certified Chamber Executive.). Started in 1993, this certification exemplifies excellence and professionalism of Georgia’s Chamber Executives. This designation is based upon experience, service to GACCE, training/continuing education and personal achievement. In the past 17 years there have been a total of 13 chamber executives to receive this certification, Mrs. Rowe is number twelve.  Dinah has completed Georgia Tech’s  Basic Economic Development Course, The Georgia Academy for Economic Development-Regional Leadership Development and “Vision to Regional Results” programs and Regional Economic Advancement and Development Initiative” Readi” for support of the Region  One Regional Advisory Council among others.  

Dinah was Murray County’s 2001 Business Woman of the Year and she has served or is currently serving on the board of the Carpet Capitol Consortium, Regional Advisory Council, Murray County Developmental Center, NGCDC, Conasauga Drug Court, Community Advisory Board, North Georgia Crisis Center and GACCE(Georgia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives).  

She has two daughters, Molly and Amanda and five grandchildren and has been married to Brad Rowe since 2001. They reside in Murray County where Dinah has lived since 1975.

Diane Parker

I am the Office Manager at the Chatsworth-Murray County Chamber of Commerce. I have been working with the Chamber since December 31, 2007. I enjoy working with the staff and helping our community.  

I really look forward to helping Murray County, Eton, and Chatsworth to make a difference in our quality of life. The community, as a whole is the key to our future, coming together, and communicating as a team!  

I have three Children, and six Grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family, and some of my hobbies are motorcycling and playing guitar.

Hannah Ballew

I was born in Dalton, raised in Murray County and I attended Murray County High School and graduated in 2007. I am currently a sophomore at Dalton State College heading towards a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I am the daughter of Larry and Karen Ballew. Larry is the coroner and director of the E.M.S and Karen works for the Department of Juvenile Justice. I have two sisters and one brother, Erin, Melanie, and Chris.  I starting working at the Chamber in September and I absolutely love it. I look forward to all the up coming events we have in Murray and I can’t wait to help out.  

In my spare time my family and I try to travel as much as possible. I also enjoy riding my Barrel Horses, and cooking. I look forward to welcoming you at the Chamber any time you need assistance. As the newest welcome center employee I will maintain the brochure rack so you may have lots of information on all the wonderful places that Georgia has to offer.
